Love Is all Around (Chapter 1 : The Confession)

A young girl was seen walking to the café without looking around her. Suddenly her phone rang. She picked it up without looking at the caller id.

“Oh, Jandi-ah… No, I’m free right now. The kids have a tour to a museum… really?!! Okay… I’ll be there…” Ga Eul hang up her phone with a smile formed on her lips.

She then hailed a cab and went to the F4 lounge. Jandi asked for her help to do the decorations for Jun pyo’s birthday. She was happy that Jun Pyo proposed to Jandi last week – a day after Yi Jung returned to Korea. She sighed when she remembered the only guy that made her heart beat faster than usual.

“You’re still putting too much strength on you wrist…” Ga Eul looked up only to see the guy she missed the most smiling at the door.
“Yi Jung sunbae…”

Ga Eul shook her head. She actually never thought that Yi Jung would grant his promise, but, he didn’t say anything that would give her a hint that he loved her.

She arrived at the F4 lounge and paid for the cab. When she entered the lounge, he found Jandi and Ji Hoo were arranging the food while Yi Jung and Woo Bin were hanging the decorations… err… more like goofing around.

“Oh, Ga Eul-ah, come and help me…” Jandi said. She smiled and went to help her. Somehow, she felt quite disappointed that Yi Jung didn’t even notice her.

On the other hand, Yi Jung was getting tense when he saw Ga Eul went inside the lounge. Woo Bin nudged him playfully.

“Yah! It’s your country bumpkin…” He whispered. Yi Jung glared at him and acted to be preoccupied with the decorations when in fact all he did was only wiping the innocent pink balloon.

The surprise party went on very well since Jun Pyo didn’t even remember that day was his birthday because he’s too happy that he will marry Jandi at the end of the month. Yi Jung was eyeing Ga Eul that was currently having a conversation with Ji Hoo.

‘Aisshh! Didn’t she notice that I’m sitting here like a fool??? At least she should come and have a conversation with me…’ Suddenly someone slapped his shoulder.

“Yo man! What’s with the pout???” Woo Bin asked though he obviously knew why. Yi Jung just looked at him without any expression.

“I’m tired…” He said and went away without saying anything. Woo Bin shook his head knowingly. He really wanted to punch Yi Jung if that could make his sense came back. How could he expect Ga Eul knew his feeling when he never utters any words about it?

“Ga Eul-yang, can we talk???” Ga Eul was quite shocked when she the voice behind her. She turned and saw Yi Jung smiling at her. She smiled back

“Of course…” Ga Eul said unsure. She just declined Woo Bin’s offer to take her home since Yi Jung was nowhere seen in that lounge earlier. She thought Yi Jung had left. Yi Jung pulled her to his car.

“Yi Jung sunbae, where are we???” she asked curiously when Yi Jung stopped his car at a park. He smiled and got off the car before he went to open the door for Ga Eul.

“Come!” he pulled her hand again and bring her to the center of the park. He clapped his hands two times and the light was on. Ga Eul was so shocked. It looked like she’s in the fairytale land and she’s the princess. Yi Jung smiled charmingly.

“Sunbae….” Yi Jung put his finger on Ga Eul’s lips indicating her not to say anything.

“Ga Eul-ah, marry me?” and that blunt question surely almost made her almost faint. Yi Jung looked really nervous waiting for her answer. Ga Eul laughed in her heart. Evil plan surely struck into her mind.

“The ring looks beautiful sunbae…” She took the ring and examined the diamond. It’s a very simple yet classy ring unlike the ring that Jun Pyo gave to Jandi. Yi Jung groaned.

“Ga Eul-yang, I’m not asking whether the ring is beautiful or not…” Ga Eul was about to say something when they suddenly heard a voice.

“Yah! Ga Eul, accept it already… we’re dying with the mosquitoes here!!” Both of them turned their gaze at the bush only to see Woo Bin and Ji Hoo.

Apparently Woo Bin heard Yi Jung and Ga Eul talking so he dragged Ji Hoo along with him since Jun Pyo also hinting them to leave him and Jandi alone. Yi Jung groaned in frustration again. He will surely give that mafia prince a good smack for interrupting them. But, he had something to settle first.

“So…. Ga Eul-yang…” before Yi Jung could say anything further; Ga Eul gave him a peck on the lips. He smiled dreamily and quickly took out the ring and slipped it onto Ga Eul’s finger before pulling her into a passionate kiss.

“Yah! Get a room you two!” they quickly pull out. Ga Eul was blushing furiously. Yi Jung turned his gaze on the mafia prince. Woo Bin grinned nervously while Ji hoo already fast asleep on the bench near them.

“Come here you brat!!!” Woo Bin quickly ran followed by Yi Jung. Ga Eul chuckled lightly watching them acting like little kids far different from the charming heirs that everyone usually saw on television.
